Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. 15% VAT is added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Branding & Customisation
By submitting artwork or branding instructions, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it. We are not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
