What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary per product. Each product page shows the MOQ clearly. Most clothing items start at 12 units, caps and headwear at 24 units, and gifts/accessories from 5–100 units depending on the product.
Do you offer branding on products?
Yes. We offer in-house embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving and digital print. Full artwork support is included at no extra charge. Please add your branding instructions in the order notes at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock unbranded items dispatch within 48 hours and arrive in 3–5 business days (standard) or 1–2 business days (express). Branded items require 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices on the site are shown excluding VAT. 15% VAT is added automatically at checkout. You will see the full breakdown (subtotal, VAT, shipping) before confirming your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards via PayFast and Yoco (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), instant EFT via Ozow, and manual bank EFT. All card payments are PCI-DSS compliant.
