Unbranded Items
Unbranded items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Contact us at info@oswaldsupplies.co.za to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Branded / Customised Items
Branded and customised items are non-returnable unless they were received in a defective or incorrect state. If you receive a branded item with a manufacturing defect or incorrect branding, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or credit at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oswaldsupplies.co.za with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
